We are a small group of people who with different experiences and qualifications in respect of mental welfare and
ill-health, set up primarily to provide information and help for those in and around the Wilbrahams,
Cambridgeshire, England. To improve the overall well-being of the local community and help reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health, and hope this site is helpful if you are concerned about your own mental health
or someone else's - and whether you live locally or further afield! All of our events are free to attend.
