While social distancing is bringing safety for many from Covid 19 it is also bringing fear and danger for those suffering abuse. Please know you are not alone. No one should be locked in to an abusive relationship of any kind. Help can be found at:

- call 999 from your mobile
- stay silent when the operator asks which service you need
- you will hear a 20 second police message then press 55
- the system will detect your location and send emergency support
